Preparation Instructions: Needs Cooking. Ingredients: 900 ml Whole Milk, 75g Semolina, 25g Caster Sugar, Optional 25g Unsalted Butter. Method: Place the milk and optional unsalted butter into a medium saucepan over a medium heat until it begins to steam, do not boil. Reduce the heat to a low simmer and whisk in the semolina and sugar. Continue to stir with a spoon for a further 10 mins or until the mixture has thickened to the desired consistency. Push through a sieve into a serving bowl for a smooth and creamy texture. Serve immediately. This product is raw and must be cooked.

Recipe Suggestion: Semolina Cookies. Serves 8-10. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes. Ingredients: 75g M&S semolina, 175g salted butter, softened, 75g caster sugar, 175g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 75g M&S milk chocolate chunks. Method: Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Beat the butter and sugar with a wooden spoon until soft and creamy, then mix in the flour, semolina and chocolate chunks. Tip mixture onto a work top to form a dough, shape into 8 - 10 balls. Space them apart on a baking tray. Gently pat each ball down with your palm of hand to form discs about 6cm - 7cm in diameter. Bake for 10-15 mins or until golden brown.
