Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. For best before end, see side of pack. Eat on day of purchase if not kept frozen. Defrost in refrigerator for 12 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking guidelines: Needs cooking. For best results, defrost and fry. Remove all packaging. Fry for 21 minutes: heat 15ml of oil in pan over medium-low heat, place fish skin side down, turning three times. Oven from frozen: 47 minutes at electric 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6, loosely wrap in lightly oiled foil, skin side down on baking tray.
