Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from strong odours. Refold inner bag to maintain freshness.
Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. For best results cook on the hob. Add 220ml of milk or water into a pan (adjust quantity to taste). Bring to a gentle simmer. Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of oats into the pan. Continue to simmer for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and the oats are soft. Microwave - From Ambient. 750W 5 mins, 30 secs; 900W 5 mins. Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of porridge into a large microwaveable bowl. Add 220ml of milk or water and stir well. Adjust quantity to taste. Cook on High (100%) stirring every 2 min. Allow to stand for 1 min. Do not reheat.
