Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10 mins. Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season product. Fry for 1 min each side, reduce heat to low, fry 8 mins and turn occasionally until cooked. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
