Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2 hours. Needs cooking. Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and ensure drip pad removal before place joint into a roasting dish, cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove the foil for the last 20 mins. Allow to rest for 10 mins before carving. Do not reheat.
