Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Electric 160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 2 hours. Needs cooking. Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Place in roasting tray and place tray in oven. Rest for 20 mins before carving. Do not reheat.
