Preparation and Usage: Carving tips and cooking guidelines. Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 mins per kg + 30 mins. Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Cover in foil. Place foil tray with chicken onto a baking tray, and place onto middle shelf of oven. Refer to cook time on front of pack label. After 45 mins remove from oven, remove foil and baste. Return to oven without the foil and baste chicken frequently during cooking. Drizzle the sauce sachet over the chicken 2-3 mins before the end of cooking. Remove from oven and leave to stand for 15-20 mins before carving. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
