Preparation and Usage
Serving
For the perfect cafetière:
- Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person.
- Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person.
- Stir, wait 3-5 minutes, and plunge.
- Adjust according to taste.
Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container for 2 weeks in the refrigerator, or 4 weeks in the freezer. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
