xOur Italian Porchetta Toscana is made with pork from trusted farms in Italy by the Salumeria of Monte San Savino, a centre of excellence for roasting hams. It is cured with herbs and spices in a traditional woodfired oven, fuelled by heather cut from Tuscany's undulating hills, for a rich flavour typical of the region.
Rolled pork loin and belly, cooked with fennel seeds and spices in a traditional wood-fired oven. Serve at room temperature.
