Traditionally crafted in the Italian Alps using organic single grain Matt durum wheat for a delicate flavour and robust structure, this single grain conchiglioni is shaped by a traditional bronze die for a rough texture that's perfect for holding indulgent sauces. Specially selected for M&S, this unique pasta is made by the Felicetti family where they combine artisanal Matt grain wheat with spring water from the Dolomites. Serves 6. Suitable for vegans.

Serving: Conchiglioni (from the Italian for Large shell) is shaped and drawn through an authentic bronze die for a perfectly rough texture, with a shell shape ideal for capturing indulgent sauces. Ideal to create the perfect base for al forno bakes & Italian salads or pair with a rich meat ragu.
Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. 13-15 mins. Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
