We source only speciality grade coffee which is then drum-roasted to ensure the best quality cup.

For the perfect cafetière: Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person. Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person. Stir, wait 3-5 minutes, and plunge. Adjust according to taste.
Once opened, store in an airtight container for 2 weeks in the refrigerator, or 4 weeks in the freezer.
