Recipes: You Will Need: 1 Jalfrezi Curry Kit, 1 Onion, Roughly Chopped, 2 Medium Tomatoes, Quartered, 1 Green Pepper, Roughly Chopped, 300g Chicken Breasts, Diced, 200ml Water, 1 Tbsp Oil. Method: 1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a high heat. Add the jalfrezi whole spices and cook until they start to pop. 2. Add in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat, stirring continuously. 3. Add the butter base paste and continue to fry for a further 5 minutes. 4. Add the green pepper and onion and fry briefly for 1-2 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to low, stir in the jalfrezi curry sauce, 200 ml of water and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes. Optional: Sprinkle over some freshly chopped coriander and sliced green chilli. Simple swaps: Replace the chicken breast with prawns. Add in 3-4 minutes before the end of cooking.
