Air dried for a minimum of 30 months by the Noel family-run charcutier using acorn-fed Iberian pigs, for a nutty sweet flavour that melts in the mouth.
Crafted with great care and passion by the 4th generation of the Noel family-run charcutier, using acorn-fed Iberian Pigs who have grazed on the dehesa or forests of Central and Southern Spain.

Preparation and Usage: Perfect served simply with Manchego Cheese. This product is best served at room temperature. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. Remove cardboard sleeve. Place the vacuum pack for 30 secs in warm water (between 25°C and 30°C) before opening. Remove plastic packaging, then place product on a plate (meat facing down) and remove cardboard tray.
