Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 10-15 Mins Medium 10-12 mins Well done 12-15 mins Oil and season meat and place under a preheated medium grill. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6-11 mins Medium 6-8 mins Well done 8-11 mins Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and season meat. Fry for 2 mins, turn over, reduce heat to medium and turn occasionally until cooked.
