Preparation Instructions: Makes 18 pancakes or 24 Yorkshire puddings. For Yorkshire puddings: add 4 medium eggs, 320ml semi skimmed milk, 120ml vegetable oil. Oven cook at Electric 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 9 for 30 mins. For pancakes: same ingredients, shallow fry for 1-2 mins each side.
