Easy to make with just water and butter or a vegan alternative, this gluten-free sage and onion stuffing mix can be rolled into balls and oven-baked until golden brown. Perfect for serving alongside roast turkey or chicken. Suitable for vegans.

Preparation and Usage
You will need 200ml boiling water and 50g unsalted butter or vegan alternative of your choice.

Alternatively add all the butter or vegan alternative to the mix and roll into 12 balls. Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. For a crispier finish, bake for an additional 5 mins.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Ambient. Preheat the oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6.
Empty contents of the sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml of boiling water with 1/2 of the butter or vegan alternative and mix well. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Place the stuffing in an ovenproof dish. Dot the remaining butter or vegan alternative over the top. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
