Cooking guidelines: Remove all packaging. Do not reheat. Thickness may vary. Oven cook: Preheat oven to 190°C (electric), 170°C (fan), Gas 5 for 17 minutes. Wrap in foil with butter and seasoning. Shallow fry: Season and heat oil in a pan over medium heat, cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
