Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze.
Cooking guidelines: Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray. Brush product with a little oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 20-25 mins. Remove all packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add product. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
