Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Rare 2-3 mins, Medium 3-6 mins. Needs cooking. Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat. Serving for best results when frying... add a knob of butter to the pan one minute before serving, and pour over cooked steaks.
