Suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking guidelines: Grill - 22 mins, preheat grill to medium. Fry - 23 mins, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Turn frequently. After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min. Do not reheat.
