Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Set sage butter to one side. Add steaks to pan. Fry for 7 mins. Turn steaks and fry for a further 6 mins. Add butter to pan. Fry for 1 min. Rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not reheat.
