Cooking guidelines Stir Fry - From Chilled. Needs Cooking. Remove from packaging. Preheat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan. Add ingredients except the collard greens and red cabbage. Fry over a medium heat for 3-4 mins stirring frequently. Add the collard greens and red cabbage to the frying pan. Fry for a further 4-5 mins stirring occasionally. Reduce heat if necessary. Serve immediately. Do not reheat. In a hot wok add these vegetables and stir fry as per instruction. Add your favourite noodles or rice and either a stir fry sauce or ramen broth and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure all components are fully cooked before serving.
