Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 40 mins. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat the oven. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray. Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat.
