Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins. Preheat oven. Remove salmon from packaging. Place glaze sachet to one side. Remove salmon from board and place onto a lined baking tray. In centre of oven. Cook for 30 mins. Remove from oven, pour glaze evenly over the salmon and cook for a further 5 mins. Remove from oven. Using a fish slice at either end carefully lift salmon from baking tray and place onto a serving plate and glaze with cooking juices. Do not reheat.
