Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 17 mins. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins. Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.
