Preparation and Usage for Seeded White Loaf. Makes 1 Large Loaf. Breadmaker: Add all ingredients to the breadmaker pan in the order listed. Follow manufacturer's instructions. Recommend basic/normal setting, large loaf and medium crust. Once ready, remove and cool on a wire rack.
Hand Baking: Put mix into a large bowl, gradually add water and mix until dough forms. Knead for 10-15 mins, rest for 1 hour, shape, prove for 1 hour, bake at 230°C/Fan 210°C/Gas mark 8 for 25 mins, then lower to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 10 mins. Cool on wire rack.
