Preparation and Usage: There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.
Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Rare 2-3 mins, Medium 3-6 mins. Needs cooking. Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan on high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.
