Preparation and Usage: Serving: Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.
Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Defrost. Needs cooking. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Place joint on tray and defrost in fridge for 24 hours. Check that there are no ice crystals within the joint before cooking. Remove from fridge 1 hour prior to cooking. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place foil tray on baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Baste occasionally. Check that product is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. Once cooked, remove from the oven and cover with foil. Leave to rest for 20 minutes before serving. Remove poultry bands before carving. Do not reheat.
