Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs Cooking Rare 3-6 Mins Medium 4-8 Mins Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking. Preheat pan to high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.
