For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging and preheat oven. Season meat and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole dish and cover with sauce or stock. Add vegetables and seasoning of choice. Cover and place in oven. Cook for 2-3 hours at 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5. Serve and enjoy. Do not reheat.
Contains bones. This product is raw and must be cooked. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.
There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product. The rosé veal used for this product is from animals fed a milk and cereal based diet aged 8-12 months at slaughter.
