Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day (and the date mark shown). Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat. Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 17 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Line a baking tray with foil. Place fish on foil and season with salt and pepper.; Poach - From Chilled. 6 mins Remove all packaging. Pre-heat enough water/milk to cover fish in a saucepan. Once simmering add fish. Remove from liquid with a slotted spoon.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn once during cooking.
