All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find 'yeast' on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Storage: Suitable for freezing. For Best Before, see front of pack. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container and eat within 2 days. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Eat on day of defrost. Do not refreeze after thawing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
Preparation and Usage: Peel and reseal. Gently pull apart. Stick together to reseal. Cooking guidelines: Serve warm or cold. Remove all packaging. Separate the wraps from each other. Microwave: From Ambient. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%) For 1 tortilla - 800W, 8 secs For 8 tortillas - 800W, 30 secs. Oven cook: From Ambient. 8 mins, Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Preheat oven. Wrap tortillas in foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf. Do not reheat.
