Storage: For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Not suitable for freezing. Once opened, consume within 3 days (and by date mark shown).
Cooking Guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins. Fry in a little oil in a hot pan for 3 mins each side. Make sure the chorizo is cooked throughout before serving. Barbecue - From Chilled. 8 mins. Cook on hot barbecue for 4 mins each side.
