Preparation and Usage: Serving once cooked, delicious hot or cold. Cooking guidelines: Oven cook from chilled at 200°C (electric) or 180°C (fan) for 55 minutes. Remove sleeve and film. Preheat oven. This product contains an absorbent pad under the chicken, do not remove before cooking. Brush with the honey and chilli glaze and sprinkle sunflower seed spice blend. Add water to tray. Baste throughout cooking. Check thoroughly cooked. Cover and rest for 10 mins. Do not reheat.
