Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Wash before use. Steam - From Chilled. Place sugar snap peas in a steamer and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Cool immediately under cold running water or in iced water if using in salads. Stir Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan. Add sugar snap peas and stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
Storage: Best stored in a fridge.
