This artisan pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures for an exceptional cooked texture and flavour. A good source of dietary fibre, gluten and soy free as well as free from additives and emulsifiers. Maidea Gluten Free Paccheri, Tagliatelle and brown rice Mezze Maniche shapes are also available.
Maidea was founded in 2013 by a team of young Italian food enthusiasts with the aim of creating a gluten free pasta to the highest quality standards whilst respecting the ancient Italian pasta heritage.

Preparation and Usage: Cooking Time: Typically 10-12 minutes depending on your 'al dente' preference. Simply add pasta to boiling water, drain when cooked and stir in your favourite sauce for a gourmet meal in minutes.
Instructions: 1 Serving is 85g Hob - Boil 1ltr of water and add 1tsp salt per Serving. Stir in 85g pasta. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute after this until 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately. Usage: 3 Servings.
