How to apply Dream Radiant Liquid Foundation for perfect radiant skin:
Step 1: Apply liquid foundation to the cheeks, nose, chin and forehead
Step 2: Blend outwards (towards ears)in circles with fingers or a foundation brush
Step 3: Once blended apply more product to any areas which require more coverage.
