Store in a cool, dry place.
For thickening stews, casseroles, sauces or gravies: bring the dish to a steady boil, remove from heat and stir in approx. 2 tablespoons of thickening granules per 300ml of liquid. Return to heat and stir until dissolved into a smooth, velvety texture.
