Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
Preparation and Usage: Rinse 1 cup of Freekeh in cold water. Soak for 15 minutes (optional). In a medium saucepan, combine Freekeh and 2 cups of water or stock with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until all water is absorbed (stir occasionally while simmering). Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
