Cooking Instructions
Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Hob: From Ambient. Empty contents into a pan and heat through with a dash of water. Microwave: From Ambient. Squeeze the pouch to loosen the lentils. Tear a 2cm opening at the top and heat for 90s at 1000W or 2 mins at 700W.
