Vinification details: In Campania, the high summer temperatures were followed by September rains, which helped regulate grape ripening. This combination provided favourable harvest conditions, particularly benefiting varieties like Aglianico. Although overall yields were somewhat below usual levels, the late-season conditions allowed for good sugar concentration and phenolic development. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the natural aromas and flavours.
