HOW WE GOT HERE: After suffering caffeine + sugar crashes during a charity bike ride across South America, I discovered the energising effect of yerba mate. Storage: Store in a dry area.
Preparation and Usage: Hot: Infuse in 80°C water. Leave for 3 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour. Cold: Throw into bottle and shake. Leave between 5 minutes and 12 hours. The longer you leave it the stronger the flavour.
