xOne of only 500 bottles, this is the first collaboration between Thibaut Hontanx and House of Suntory's Shinji Fukuyo.
For the Mizunara 2023 Edition, it presents a unique take on the cognac house style. A blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies is aged in French oak barrels for at least 10 years before being moved to casks made from rare Japanese Mizunara oak, which gives the cognac a nose of candied orange, coconut and tobacco, and a smooth palate characterised by vanilla, cocoa and pepper.
