Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the mineral-rich soils of the Montagny Premier Cru in the Côte Chalonnaise. Winemaker Alain Pierre, of the respected Cave De Buxy, sourced fruit from southerly vineyards to craft a richly textured wine with a little oak to emphasise the fresh apple and mineral characters. Ready to drink now, but will keep for up to two years.
