How to Use: Using the barbell brush, brush mousse upward through brows to tint and texturize. Starting at the high point of your arch, brush through brows using short, upward strokes in the direction of hair growth to tint, texturize, and volumize. Use the brush to fill in any sparse areas and to comb fibers into the tail of your brows following your natural tapered shape before formula sets. Dip and repeat on your other brow.
Pro Tip: For the fullest effect, tease product in backwards from the tail end of your brows to the front, then brush through in the direction of hair growth to shape brows into place.
