Each sachet contains: Macrogol 3350 - 13.125 g, Sodium chloride - 350.8 mg, Sodium hydrogen carbonate - 178.6 mg, Potassium chloride - 50.2 mg.

Preparation and Usage: Dosage: For adults aged 18 years and above, including pregnant and breastfeeding women (see below), the dose is 1-3 sachets per day: Dissolve one sachet in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water, 1-3 times per day. This should be taken in divided doses throughout the day, according to the severity of your constipation.
