Cooking guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 20 mins. Preheat oven to 200/ Fan 180/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven to cook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins. Heat 15ml of oil in a pan. Once oil is hot add the fillets to the pan skin side down and reduce the heat to medium. Turn occasionally during cooking.
