300 Seeds. A dark grey-green leaved heritage variety with outstanding flavour.
March to May (to harvest as mature plants). In trays of moist compost. Sow thinly, cover with a fine layer of compost and firm gently. Keep at approx. 15°C and keep moist.
Acclimatise to outside conditions. Transplant to final position 45cm apart. Firm in well and keep moist.
September to March. Pick a few leaves from each plant. Young flower shoots can be used as broccoli.
