All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find 'yeast' on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Storage: For Best Before, see front of pack. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within three months. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Preparation and Usage: Remove from the packaging. Slice ciabatta in half horizontally and layer with slices of mozzarella, tomato and fresh basil leaves, lightly season and bake according to preparation instructions. Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place directly on oven shelf. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 6-8 mins. Do not reheat.
