Storage
For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness. Suitable for freezing.
Preparation and Usage
Needs cooking. For best results, fry.
- Fry 18 mins: Remove all packaging and heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place burgers in pan, turning frequently throughout cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
- Grill 22 mins: Preheat grill to medium. Remove all packaging and place on a tray on the middle shelf of the grill, turning frequently throughout cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
- Air Fry 12-14 mins at 180°C: Based on a 1400W fryer. Preheat air fryer. Remove all packaging, place in air fryer basket in single layer. Program to cook for 12-14 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
The meat must be thoroughly cooked until juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining.
